We are a global manufacturer with a robust network of production facilities distributed across various geographies and supported by a strong base of global and local suppliers. Our operations mission is to be the driving force behind the sustainable growth of our group, while delivering our customers' value proposition. Accompanying our international expansion

We consider our industrial legacy as a critical strength: it’s the bedrock of our future. Operations consolidation accompanied the international expansion of our group, effectively sustaining our growth: over the years, we both invested in the organic opening of new sites and gained some our key production facilities as an effect of our M&A activities.

1930

Ariston Group... is founded in the Marche Region of Italy.

1959

…inaugurates its production plant in Cerreto, Italy.

1964

…builds a production plant in Genga, Italy.

1974

…inaugurates its production plant in Arcevia, Italy.

1979

…starting its international expansion in the 70s, establishes its production plant in Namur, Belgium.

1989

…opens its production plants in Osimo, Italy, and Wuxi, China.

2001

…adds to its footprint the sites in Chartres, France, and in Pirna, Germany, following the acquisition of a group of companies that include Elco.

2005

…strengthen its operations with a production plant in Resana, Italy, as a consequence of the acquisition of Ecoflam.

2014

…through the Atag and Heat Teach Geysers acquisitions, adds to its footprint its production plants in Lichtenvoorde, The Netherlands, and in Centurion, South Africa; it also inaugurates its production plant in Bac Ninh, Vietnam.

2016

…acquiring NTI, adds to its footprint its production plant in Saint John, Canada.

2018

…inaugurates its production plant in Albacina, Italy.

2019

…through the HTP and Calorex acquisitions, adds to its foorprint production plants in East Freetown, USA, and Saltillo, Mexico; it opens as well its production plant in Svilajnac, Serbia.

2022

…acquiring Chromagen, adds to its footprint its production plants in Nof HaGalil and Shaar-Haamakim, Israel.

2023

…thanks to the Wolf-Brink M&A, reinforces its operations with productions plants in Mainburg and Wolfhagen, Germany, in Staphorst and Kampen, The Netherlands, in Samobor, Croatia, and in Bitola, Macedonia; it also inaugurates its production plant in Follina, Italy.

2024

…acquires its production plant in Cairo, Egypt.

Mastering World Class Manufacturing methodology

Since 2011, we have adopted the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology, a production management approach based on principles of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and people involvement. By consistently evaluating and optimizing processes across the entire value chain, we implement the highest safety standards, ensure maximum quality, and increase efficiency and productivity. Our Italian production site in Osimo was awarded the Silver Medal, while our plant in Cerreto and Arcevia, Italy, earned the Bronze Medal. WCM will continue to be a pillar of our industrial strategy, upholding our corporate values and playing a fundamental role in shaping the factory of the future.
