Corporate social responsibility at the heart of our industrial culture
A pledge to sustainability that comes from afar
Today our vision is sustainable comfort for everyone, nonetheless a firm commitment to corporate social responsibility already belonged to our founder’s industrial culture. In 1930, Aristide Merloni brought his dream to life, deciding to start his own business in the Marche region, his homeland in Italy, to enhance the development of local communities through industrialization.
Message from the founder
There is no value in the economic success of an industrial initiative if it is not accompanied by a committment to social progress.

Road to 100: how we got there, towards our 100th anniversary in 2030
Effective ESG commitment means long-term vision and clearcut objectives, supported by a solid path of actions and initiatives. As our ultimate goal is to fully embed sustainability in our corporate strategy, we engaged all key internal and external stakeholders in developing a new plan, to align business objectives to specific sustainability challenges.
