Pursuant to Article 2.6.2 of Borsa Italiana's market rules, a calendar of Board of Directors meetings and Shareholders' meetings of Ariston Holding N.V. is set out below.

Date	Event
March 5th, 2024	Review and approval of the draft separate statements and the consolidated statements for the financial year ended December 31st, 2023. Analyst call will follow in the afternoon.
May 6th, 2024	Annual Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements at December 31st, 2023.
May 7th, 2024	Review and approval of the additional periodic financial information* at March 31st, 2024. Analyst call will follow in the afternoon.
August 1st, 2024	Review and approval of the 2024 half-year report. Analyst call will follow in the afternoon.
November 6th, 2024	Review and approval of the additional periodic financial information* at September 30th, 2024. Analyst call will follow in the afternoon.

* Additional periodic financial information consists in: Revenue by division, Adjusted EBITDA, Adjusted EBIT, EBITDA, EBIT, Operating cash flow, Profit before tax.
