ARISTON GROUP ACQUIRES MAJORITY STAKE IN ZECCHI RISCALDATORI ELETTRICI

Ariston Group signed a preliminary agreement to acquire an 80% majority stake in Z.R.E. – Zecchi Riscaldatori Elettrici, a long-established company based in San Gillio (Turin, Italy). Founded in 1962, Z.R.E. specializes in the design and production of industrial electric heaters, particularly band heaters and tubular heating elements.
The company is recognized for the high technical quality of its products and its strong presence in both the Italian and international markets. With this transaction, Ariston Group further advances the growth strategy of its Components Division, Thermowatt.
