Our goals to 2030
We defined a structured decarbonization strategy and set ambitious targets to reduce our GHG emissions in Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3, which were validated as scientific near-term targets by Science Based Target initiative. In addition, we defined sustainable packaging standards, in order to decrease the impact of our product packaging, and identified the target of zero waste to landfill.

Circular economy and waste management
The Group has set a target of eliminating landfill disposal of waste generated by its manufacturing sites by 2030. In 2025, 96% of the waste generated across all manufacturing sites of the Group's subsidiaries was sent for material recovery, recycling, energy recovery, or other landfill-diversion treatment processes, including composting, material regeneration, and recovery at authorized facilities, representing an improvement of 1 percentage point compared with the previous year. The percentage is calculated using a methodology aligned with the criteria of the UL ECVP 2799 Zero Waste to Landfill standard and represents a self-assessment by the Group rather than a third-party certification. The figure relates exclusively to waste generated by the Group's direct manufacturing operations and does not cover the entire product life cycle. The calculation methodology, reporting boundary, and waste-stream classification criteria are described in the 2025 ESG Report (in particular, please refer to the 2025 Annual Report, pages 106-107).
